Emma was an invaluable part of our Practice Innovation Program team, working as a Senior Professional Research Assistant from 2017 to 2019. She has an intuitive sense of how to transform raw data into useful information. She applied her approach to a wide range of end users including our internal project team, medical providers, practice managers, project officers and community members.  Emma’s contributions were felt in a number of ways including improvements to our program’s data management systems, improvements to our website, enhanced feedback reports to our stakeholders, efficient reports to funders and more impactful posters and presentations. I particularly appreciated her innate curiosity and strong desire to improve, readily incorporating new skills, tips, and tricks to make better use of our data. Emma is really good at what she does and is constantly looking to do even better. We were lucky to have her on our team.

"Emma was incredibly helpful in taking a customer service feedback survey that hadn't been visualized before, and turned it into an accessible, interactive and transparent dataset in Tableau. We know that it was accessed by existing and potential customers as a way to help inform their decision-making on software selections."

When Health Care Reporting Analyst, Emma Anderson, joined CIVHC in 2020, things got a lot more magical. Wielding wizard-like Tableau skills, Emma began breathing life and insight into CO APCD reports. Static and ponderous reports transformed into dynamic, interactive windows into the world of data-driven decisions. Emma's analytic artistry has already brought CIVHC to new heights of innovation - who knows where she'll take us next.
