QuickStart Skills Index Feedback Report
The QuickStart Skills Index feedback report was developed for ChangeFusion as a part of their ongoing work to improve team effectiveness and leadership skills for their partners. The report analyzed survey data using Excel, and then Tableau, to reflect the progress and feedback of participants in their leadership program. The objective for this report was to provide clear, action-oriented insights from the participant survey data with a specific focus of identifying future areas for improvement. The challenge was to take raw survey data - both quantitative and qualitative - and create a user-friendly summary of the feedback provided.
To ensure success, I utilized my technical skills with Qualtrics, Excel, and Tableau to ensure both accuracy of the final results and a professional looking final product which could be shared with my client's partners. Given the blend of likert scales, open-ended comments, and other question formats, careful and efficient data cleaning was key to a successful integration before the data could be displayed visually. Then, I used my keen eye towards design and user-experience to consider how to properly display this mix of formats and create a report appropriate for a general audience. Lastly, automated checks were built and implemented in order to ensure quality and accuracy from beginning to end.
Sales & Employee Performance Dashboard
The Sales & Employee Performance Dashboard was developed in cooperation with a mid-sized, regional company to enhance their ability to generate data-driven strategies. I designed this report after several in-depth conversations to understand the company's current practices and systems, their goals for the future, and specific areas of interest. From there, I provided suggestions for specific, detailed metrics to track, guidance on how to get the data needed in an automated and real-time environment, and built an interactive, easy-to-use set of dashboards to the achievement of all goals and future success of the company. The final deliverable for this client also included a Maintenance Plan, to ensure smooth transition of the dashboard maintenance from myself to an internal employee.
Top Tier Impact ESG Talent White Paper
The Environmental, Social and Governance Talent: Acquisition & Retention white paper was designed for Top Tier Impact as a tool to recruit and maintain top talent in the global economy sector. Data was collected via in-depth quantitative interviews to assess the state of the job market for those in the environmental, social, and governance field, with the ultimate goal resolving a 'war for talent' within the industry and freeing time and energy to resolve the serious challenges the planet faces. The challenge was to create an impactful, professional report that both highlighted key statistics, while summarizing open-ended, quantitative responses.
In order to achieve this client's goals, I drew upon my history of assessing the intended audience and catering to their comfort level with data, establishing professional and consistent design standards, and drawing clear insights from a wealth of data.
The success of this report was highly reliant on my ability to create comprehensive diagrams and infographics that could be easily interpreted, yet informative to the average reader - regardless of their familiarity with the topic.
